What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Empowering Health Coaches: Onboard and manage a portfolio of 15-20 holistic health and fitness coaches, helping them skyrocket their business success.
  • Driving Business Growth: Shape strategies that blend cutting-edge marketing, savvy sales tactics, and business development to scale our coaches' impact.
  • Leading with Ownership: Own your role, execute ambitious growth initiatives, and build relationships that go beyond transactional - become the partner your coaches trust.
  • Quality Assurance Excellence: Deliver top-tier service by managing projects with precision, participating in crucial meetings, and ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Maverick & Growth Enthusiast: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Social Media Strategist: If you’ve got the chops for social media marketing, that’s a huge plus - we’re all about helping our coaches build a powerful online presence.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re not just a team player, you think like a co-founder - ready to collaborate, innovate, and elevate our coaches' businesses.
  • Master Relationship Builder: You’ve got the people skills to foster deep, trust-filled relationships.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is a must.
