We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our commercial team with a mix of marketing, operational, and administrative tasks.

About the company

EvodiaBio is a Copenhagen-based start-up reinventing the production of natural aromas. Founded in 2021 based on research conducted by three of its co-founders at the University of Copenhagen, EvodiaBio is supported by, among others, the Novo Nordisk Foundation Bio Innovation Institute.

We are bringing Yops® to the market – a sustainable aroma solution designed to help breweries create great-tasting non-alcoholic beer.

Our long-term ambition is to supply natural aromas for a wide range of food and beverage applications, and we are looking for talented people to join us on that journey

What You’ll Do

  • Support social media activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Support building, executing, and analyzing campaigns
  • Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and one-pagers
  • Maintain website and webshop in WooCommerce
  • Support HubSpot CRM activities and keeping information updated
  • Assist with conference & events
  • Prepare sample packages for customers
  • Update and maintain marketing materials for distributors

Professional requirements (must have):

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, embraces challenges, and adapts quickly
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Based in Copenhagen or nearby
  • Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within marketing, communication, business, or a related field
  • Have at least 1–2 years left of your studies
  • Are available approximately two days per week, with flexibility both ways when needed
  • Are structured, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of practical tasks
  • Have a hands-on mindset and enjoy helping where needed
  • Are detail-oriented and good at keeping materials, systems, and processes organized
  • Are comfortable working with PowerPoint and basic marketing materials
  • Communicate well in English, both written and spoken
  • Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where no two days are the same

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM system
  • Experience with WooCommerce or Page Builder
  • Experience creating marketing materials in Figma, Canva, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar tools
  • An interest in B2B marketing, food & beverage, or sustainability
  • A creative mindset and an interest in social media content
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to grow with the role
