What you will do

In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality compliance standards while helping clients navigate KYC/AML requirements with clarity and confidence:

• Conduct and review KYC/AML due diligence for customers, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and regulatory aligned
• Monitor ongoing activity and escalate potential red flags, contributing to a robust and risk-aware compliance environment
• Collaborate closely with fund operations teams to integrate compliance into investor onboarding and transaction flows without friction
• Maintain and improve internal KYC/AML processes, focusing on clarity, auditability, and efficiency
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients on KYC/AML-related inquiries, balancing compliance with a service-oriented mindset
  
  

About you

You are a detail-oriented compliance professional who thrives in a collaborative setting. You know how to apply rules rigorously without losing sight of the people behind the paperwork.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• A relevant academic background in law, business, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with KYC/AML, preferably in the financial sector or fund services industry
• Familiarity with EU AML regulations, investor due diligence requirements, and risk-based approaches to compliance
