Social & Content Creator (Student Assistant)

We're looking for a Social & Content Creator to cut through the noise and make Starred impossible to ignore for our target audience.

Recruiting is one of the most opinionated corners of the internet and almost nobody in our space is saying anything interesting. This is the gap we’re trying to fill. Talent Acquisition leaders (the people we build for) live on LinkedIn, but hang out in other places like industry events and TA communities. We want someone who turns up where they are and makes content that cuts through: a sharp LinkedIn post one day, a scrappy video shot live on an event floor the next.

This isn't a behind-the-screen job. You'll own our company's LinkedIn page, but you'll also be our person on the ground – camera in hand at the industry's biggest events, getting the smart opinions out of our experts and founders and pitching the bold ideas the rest of us are too cautious to try.

You'll work closely with our Marketing & Campaigns Lead, learn the craft properly and have real ownership from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning our company LinkedIn page: the strategy, the calendar, the posts, the engagement and reporting are all yours.
  • Being our creator in the field: at events like RecFest and Unleash, camera in hand, capturing, filming, interviewing and getting the right conversations started.
  • Turning our experts into thought leaders: this takes real people skill. Getting busy colleagues (including our founders), customers and prospects to say yes, making the process effortless for them and turning what they know into content that travels.
  • Pitching bold bets: bringing contrarian takes, new formats and experiments, then measuring what happens so every attempt is a learning.
  • Helping with other content when the team needs it: posts, emails, one-pagers, landing pages and reports. A passion for written content is important, even if the front line is where you'll spend most of your time.
  • Keeping our content organized and reporting on what's working: reach and engagement with the right audience, what's resonating and what to try next.

What we're looking for:

  • An outgoing, extroverted personality. You like people, you start conversations and a busy room energizes you rather than drains you.
  • You're great at getting others to shine. You can convince a busy expert to give you 20 minutes, make them look good on camera, and get their voice out there – and you're comfortable stepping in front of the lens yourself when you need to.
  • You get things done. You'd rather ship, learn and adjust than wait for the perfect plan.
  • You're native to social and eager to take what you know about social and bring it into a B2B setting.
  • You're curious and experimental. You'll try different content types and formats, and you want to evaluate what performed so everything becomes a learning.
  • You're fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You're a current student, available ~15–20 hours/week from our Copenhagen office and up for occasional travel to industry events.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience being out in the field and in front of people, like brand ambassador work, event hosting, promo or running your own personal brand.
  • Comfortable with video editing and content tools like Figma, Veed, or similar.
  • An interest in B2B, SaaS, recruiting or the world of work.
  • A portfolio, a feed, a side project – anything that shows us how you think and make.

What your future teammates would say about you:

  • You bring energy into a room, not just execution.
  • You'd rather try something and learn than wait for permission.
  • You're the person who can get anyone to say yes and make them look good doing it.
  • You ask sharp questions and listen to the answers.
  • You take ownership – when something's yours, you carry it to the end.

You'll enjoy:

  • Real ownership of our social presence, with mentorship from our Marketing & Campaigns Lead.
  • A front-row seat at the industry's biggest events – with a camera and a reason to talk to everyone.
  • Regular feedback and coaching to sharpen your skills fast.
  • A collaborative, high-energy team.
  • Flexibility in when and where you work, around your studies.
  • Room to experiment, make bets and see your ideas go live.
  • Fun team events and a great office vibe.

Think you're the person who can give Starred a voice worth following? Show us something you've made – we care more about how you think and create than a perfect CV.

If you have any questions about the position, please reach out to our Marketing & Campaigns Lead, Klaudia, at [email protected].

We look forward to meeting you!
