We're on the frontlines here at Starred, working hard to set all of our customers up for success, and provide an amazing experience for all of our users worldwide. We are problem solvers first, who have a forward-looking view on our platform and customers, in close partnership with the rest of the Customer Experience team and colleagues in the Product & Engineering team.
What you will be doing: 💪
- Building strong working relationships with customers, becoming their go-to person for all things Starred: implementation, onboarding, support, and getting the most out of the platform and their data
- Managing the onboarding and configuration process for our customers, keeping multiple people on track and spotting potential problems before they cause delays
- Working closely with our Engineering and Product teams, acting as the voice of the customer to relay product feedback and resolving technical issues
- Troubleshooting technical problems for customers, and testing new setups to ensure they’re set up for success, long-term
- Writing and updating guides and documentation as our product evolves, to make sure our customers (and colleagues) understand how things work in Starred.
- Keeping an eye out and an ear to the ground for ways to continuously improve how we make life easier for our customers (and their recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates)
What competencies you have: 📄
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch or Danish is a plus.
- You have experience working in a customer-facing role, with some exposure to technical or implementation projects
- You are naturally customer-centric with a service-mindset: you put the customer first and advocate on their behalf internally
- You have a solid technical understanding of how applications and integrations work
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- You're comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once, and can bring structure to ambiguous situations
- You excel in an ambitious environment, and enjoy working with service goals and targets
It’s not necessary, but it would be cool if you also had: 🤠
- Experience working in a SaaS company or in a similar technical customer-facing role
- Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or integration projects
- Experience with support or project tools (Ticketing systems like JIRA or ClickUp, CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, etc.)
