We’re looking for a GTM & Finance Operations Manager to join Starred in Copenhagen. The role is anchored in our Finance & Operations team and reports directly to the Head of Finance & Operations.

It’s a rare hybrid role for someone with a finance background, analytical precision, and commercial curiosity—someone who thrives where numbers meet growth.

You’ll use your financial expertise to strengthen our foundation—budgeting, cost controlling, cash management, and forecasting—while also becoming the operational link between Finance and the Commercial Teams (Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience).

Your mission: To make Starred’s commercial engine run with focus, accountability, and financial clarity.

Your Mission 🎯

Help us run Starred like a high-performance GTM machine—built on financial insight and operational excellence.
You’ll own the systems, data, and processes that connect growth with cash flow, ensuring every commercial decision is grounded in financial reality.

What You’ll Do 💪

Finance

• Lead invoicing, cash flow monitoring, and liquidity tracking.
  
  
• Drive cost controlling and expense management across departments.
  
  
• Manage monthly financial reporting and budgeting cycles.
  
  
• Play a key role in preparing and delivering Starred’s yearly financial audit together with external partners.
  
  
• Coordinate with external finance providers, accountants, and auditors.
  
  
• Ensure transfer pricing, compliance, and audit readiness.
  
  
• Support scenario planning, forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
  
  

GTM & RevOps

• Join weekly sales check-ins to connect performance with financial outcomes.
  
  
• Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  
  
• Build and maintain dashboards on revenue, CAC payback, and forecast accuracy.
  
  
• Drive accountability across Sales and Marketing through metrics and visibility.
  
  
• Collaborate with the CEO on pricing, commercial structure, and GTM reporting.
  
  
• Ensure one source of truth for all revenue-related data and insights.
  
  

You might be our ideal candidate if… 👀

• You have a background in finance, FP&A, audit, or controlling, and want to apply it closer to business execution.
  
  
• You’re strong in financial modeling, budgeting, cost control, and audit preparation, and curious about CRM, GTM metrics, and growth levers.
  
  
• You’re structured, proactive, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
  
  
• You want to grow beyond the numbers and influence how the business runs. You don’t just track performance, you help drive it.
  
  
• You thrive in a fast-moving, transparent environment and communicate fluently in English.
  
  
• Danish or Dutch language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
