To support our Sales team, we’re looking for part-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are curious, proactive, and motivated to spark conversations with Talent Acquisition leaders across Europe and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:
As an SDR at Starred, you’ll be the first point of contact for companies looking to improve their recruitment performance. You’ll help us build a strong pipeline by reaching out to the right people, understanding their hiring challenges, and book them in for intro meetings with your senior sales colleagues, to help them understand how Starred can help them hire better—and smarter.
- Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Start meaningful conversations with Talent Acquisition leaders at enterprise and mid-market companies
- Qualify outbound leads and hand-over to Sr. Account Executives with insights and context
- Use top-tier tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more) to work efficiently and creatively
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to test and optimize outreach strategies and campaigns
- Own your own metrics: aim to book +1 qualified meeting per week and maintain strong activity and quality standards
💡 This is not a telemarketing job. You'll be engaging senior stakeholders with insight-based messaging, not reading from a script.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally 1+ year of entry-level experience in outbound sales or outreach (but motivation and attitude matter most)
- You’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to start conversations over the phone
- Comfortable with cold calling and pushing through rejection
- Goal-driven and energized by hitting targets
- A strong communicator who can tailor messages to different personas
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
- Available 10–20 hours per week
