What you will be doing

• Develop and maintain our Hiring Experience Platform.
• Work with the product manager and product designer to make sure the solution makes a difference
• Take ownership by taking projects from an idea to a release and beyond
• Reflect on your and the teams’ work to improve future developments and processes
• Help your colleagues improve candidate experience.

What we are looking for

Someone who is an analytical problem-solver: you dig deep to understand the root causes of issues and work methodically to resolve them while also maintaining a positive and critical mindset.

Let’s go through the functional requirements

• Fluent in English, we have more than 10+ nationalities in the company
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Demonstrative experience as a fullstack developer, 4-5 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Experience with Vue or React or another major Javascript framework
• Experience building web APIs

Nice to haves

• Experience with Nuxt or Next
• Experience with Strapi or other Javascript content management systems
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with one of the agile methodologies
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Docker/containerization
