We are currently seeking a motivated student assistant to join our Product Specialist team at Starred.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced tech company and dynamic work environment. The position is 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team with tasks like account health checks, data reviews, customer on- and offboarding processes.
  • Support customers by answering questions through our chat and researching issues and bugs they report.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues, helping prioritize critical issues.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge bases, both internal and external.
  • Provide platform training to customers and/or colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and task-prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language, a second language (Dutch/Danish) is a plus.
  • Ready to start as soon as possible.
