What you will be doing: 💪

  • Manage the customer lifecycles for your own customer portfolio
  • Be our customers' co-pilot when it comes to Candidate Experience by continuously managing their data, so you can help them identify ways that they can optimize their Candidate Experience
  • Provide our customers with solid insights regarding the Candidate Experience they are providing alongside with actionable recommendations as to how they can improve it - and help them with the implementation of these initiatives
  • Implement and onboard new customers to support our growth ambitions
  • Build a strong and close relationship with all your customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness
  • Be on top of your customers' use of the platform and their overall performance
  • Plan, join, and host meetings with potential and existing customers; both individually and together with the Sales team
  • Host online training sessions where you showcase the product and explain to new users how to use different features inside the platform.

So, as you can probably sense, you’re going to wear a lot of different hats in your relations with our customers; from data analysis, account management, and trusted advisory. And if a diverse role like that sounds like just your cup of tea, you’re the one we want to hear from!

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies: 📄

  • You will be the contact person for international customers, so you need to be fluent in English and Dutch, verbally and in writing (All other languages are a plus)
  • You have +1 year of commercial experience in a SaaS company. Customer success experience is a big plus.
  • A customer-centric and service-minded mindset; you are the voice of your customers and advocate for their needs and pains while using our products and services
  • You’re maybe more of a farmer than a hunter, but you are still invested in identifying expansion opportunities for your customers and you’re always trying to drive growth.

It’s not necessary, but it would cool if you also had: 🤠

  • Experience with Recruitment, Human Resources, Consulting, and/or Employer Branding
  • Experience leading projects in an international environment
