What’s in it for you?

You will be working with our executive team, helping them negotiate client contracts, advising on GDPR, Compliance and company legal matters. In this role you will get the chance to gain experience and know-how about what it takes to sit in a legal team of a scaleup SaaS company, and you will get to put the theory from your studies into practice by assisting and advising colleagues and customers alike.

What you will be doing: 💪

• Work with Contract law and general business law. Assisting our sales and ops. team with general contract negotiations and ad-hoc legal related tasks.
• Reviewing DPA contracts when entering collaborations with new customers and partners
• Secure GDPR compliance
• General optimisation of legal processes and contracts
• Ad hoc legal assistance to the Executive Management

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies: 📄

• You are structured, thorough and detail oriented
• You have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and not afraid of asking questions
• Willingness to learn new things and a can-do attitude
• You are a good communicator with a great English skills both orally and in writing
• You are enrolled in at danish University with law as your major.
