You will work closely with the CEO, CQO, and executive leadership team and lead a lean internal support team consisting of a junior financial analyst, a project manager focused on grant coordination and grant writing, and a part-time legal counsel. You will also coordinate with experienced external specialists supporting areas such as accounting, payroll, tax, and selected administrative processes.

You will serve as the central owner of finance, with secondary responsibility for selected operational and administrative areas, and the scope is expected to expand over time.
