We are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join our team for 15–20 hours per week. This is an ideal role for a student or an entry-level professional.

In this role, you will help elevate our financial functions and support accounting processes across Rokoko’s parent company and our subsidiaries in Copenhagen, San Francisco, and Athens. While you will be a core member of the Finance team, you will also collaborate closely with various departments across the company.

🔥The day to day...

• Handling accounts payable with invoice processing,

• Perform bookings and handle month-end closing tasks,

• Support Finance Controller in planning processes and daily operations,

• Assist customers with finance related inquiries,

• Updating various company lists and submit reports for various stakeholders,

• Ad hoc tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
  

🕵️ Who we are looking for...

We imagine that you are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent education, with a focus on finance, accounting, economics or quantitative studies. The ideal candidate is very structured, analytical and highly detailed-oriented. You have advanced Excel skills and experience with Finance systems such as Economic or similar is a plus.

In addition, the role requires someone who is proactive and good at communicating.
