The team

The Programme Coordinator helps to facilitate the day-to-day operations within the Ecosystems team and will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a series of one off events. This role will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the event are managed effectively and efficiently, in some cases leading the project management. As a member of the Programme Team, the coordinator will collaborate with the ecosystem team to keep things on track and organised.


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently coordinate with a variety of teams assisting the driving of fluctuating deadlines and project delivery.
  • Provide support to the Senior Programme Manager and Executive Producer
  • Act as a reliable liaison between onsite personnel and other departments such as broadcast production and commercial teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams also with external vendors to drive deliverables
  • Document and maintain ecosystem workflows in alignment with company guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders internal and external to maintain project documentation
  • Manage ecosystem documentation and meetings.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate potential risks
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the team.
  • Support Programme Manager to manage event budget and track expenses
  • Evaluate the success of the event by compiling feedback form and working with BLAST team members to review KPIs
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
