The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be based in our Copenhagen office and report to the SVP, LIVE. You’ll support the front of house team principally, assisting with planning and delivery of our global events, studio productions, and related projects. You will work seamlessly across departments within the LIVE team and collaborate efficiently with the Events and Global Mobility teams to ensure everything lands on time, on budget.

This is a hands-on role, well suited to someone who enjoys structured delivery, solving practical problems, and bringing creative and technical teams together to execute work at pace.

You’ll get the chance to deliver impactful global events by working across time zones and embracing a varied schedule that keeps things exciting and fast-paced. You will need to maintain a valid passport, as international travel to events may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key AVL leads, technical leads and our technical production manager with end-to-end project management of our global events and studio productions.
  • Act as the link between the project team and finance, raising purchase orders and submitting invoices.
  • Help to create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and key documentation.
  • Run regular project check-ins, ensuring risks are flagged early and decisions are documented.
  • Track project KPIs and report progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Help improve internal workflows and delivery processes across teams.
  • Assist Global Mobility with administration on all events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in events, live production, broadcast, or creative industries.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Confident communicator, able to bring teams together and keep projects on track.
  • Fluency in English and/or Danish.
  • Familiarity with esports, gaming, or live entertainment is helpful but not essential.
  • A valid passport for international travel.
