Reform is seeking a Business Development Consultant to serve as our primary market presence, driving new business opportunities and cultivating relationships that support long-term growth.

This role is ideal for a well-connected, entrepreneurial professional with an existing network in the residential design, architecture, or real estate community. You will focus on generating new opportunities and building partnerships, while collaborating closely with our in-house sales and design teams to bring projects to life.
We are open to full-time, part-time, or freelance arrangements, making this opportunity well-suited for professionals already active in the industry who are looking to expand their reach and leverage their network.


  • Established network within the architecture, interior design, or real estate community
  • Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-driven outreach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, interiors, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and design market
  • Leverage and grow your existing network of architects, interior designers, developers, and homeowners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships
  • Represent Reform at industry events and networking functions
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate warm handoffs to internal sales and design teams
  • Conduct regular outreach, including office visits, client meetings, and hosted engagements
  • Maintain an active understanding of the local market, competitors, and design trends
  • Track and manage outreach activity and pipeline development
  • Introduce prospective trade partners and clients to Reform’s showroom experience
