This is a hands-on role for a curious and self-driven student assistant who enjoys working with numbers, products and systems to create structure and clarity — supporting the backbone of our design-led brand.

Your Role

You’ll work closely with our Product Development team to manage and streamline the data that powers our product configuration tool and make it easily avilable for our kitchen designers across our markets. You’ll also support our IT department in configuring, maintaining and supporting our business applications.

What You’ll Do

• Setup products in our design and configuration tool
• Maintain and build product 3D (SolidWorks) and texture files
• Organize and manage product data (products, components, cost, pricing)
• Build and maintain Excel-based tools and documentation
• Maintain data and configuration in business systems.

Professional Skills

• Ability to understand complex data and create structures in sheets, databases and ERP systems
• Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas, data structuring)

• Ability to translate technical data into user-friendly formats (e.g., documentation, dashboards)
• Technical background within engineering or IT

Personal Skills

• Detail-oriented and structured
• Ability to simplify complex information
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)

Work Details

• Location: Reform Kitchen, Copenhagen (close to Ryparken St.)
• Working Hours: ~15 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: We expect you have 1,5-3 years left of your studies.
