We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join Reform. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within the group. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing processes, and supporting business decisions across countries. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented with a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success in a similar role
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Provide insightful recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis, industry trends, and market research.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying and implementing improvements.
3. Internal Controls and Audits:
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion.
4. Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee tax fillings by coordinating with external tax advisors.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and standards.
5. Group Consolidation and Reporting:
- Manage the consolidation process for multiple business units or subsidiaries within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of group financial results.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to collect, review, and consolidate financial data from various sources.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture promoting professional development and continuous improvement.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial processes.
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic initiatives.
- Present financial information and analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
