Lead Market Expansion in Foodservice – Join Us as Market Expansion Lead in Germany!

At REDUCED, we are on a mission to revolutionise the food industry by combining culinary excellence with fermentation technology. We create high-quality, upcycled taste solutions that enhance both flavour and sustainability. Based in Copenhagen and backed by Novo Holdings and ECBF, we have successfully established ourselves in Denmark’s food service sector and are now expanding into the German food service market. With our first 150 customers already on board, we are looking for a Market Expansion Lead to drive our growth in Germany.

Your Role

As our Market Expansion Lead, you will play a key role in building our presence in Germany, driving sales, developing relationships, and positioning our products in the food service sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Outreach – Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead Qualification –Assess prospects based on industry fit, needs, size and potential value.
  • Setting Up & Executing Meetings – Arrange and execute tasting sessions or product sampling.
  • Pipeline Building – Generate interest and fill the sales funnel with potential customers.
  • Wholesaler management – Secure product listings and manage partnerships
  • Customer Relationship Management -- Build and maintain long-term customer trust and loyalty.
  • Revenue growth -- Identify and leverage revenue and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
  • Concept & Proposal Strategy -- Support the development and presentation of innovative concepts and proposals.
  • Collaboration -- Work closely with our team to refine product strategies.
  • Event & Trade Fair Representation -- Represent REDUCED at events, trade fairs and networking opportunities.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in food sales (Foodservice, Account Management, Client Relations).
  • In-depth knowledge of the German foodservice market.
  • Native-level German & very good English skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Confidence in cold calling, pitching, and negotiations.
  • Passion for gastronomy & entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in market entry & expansion.
  • Strong self-drive, adaptability & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent networking abilities & innovative thinking.
  • High motivation & team spirit.
