We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe, and are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Office Manager for our People & Culture team to run our daily operations in our amazing Amsterdam office.

This is the role

As an Office Manager you will make sure everything is running smoothly - from ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and keeping the office nice and tidy, to organising lunch and company events. Reporting to one of our Strategic People Partners in the Netherlands you will play a key role in driving our company culture, supporting team members at Podimo and setting them up for success. You will greet all visitors coming to the office, and help creators find their way around the office and the recording studios. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, and will enjoy supporting our team members and creators.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

  • Oversee all office administration, including coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and the landlord.

  • Keep the office neat, organized, and professional, while encouraging team members to do the same.

  • Greet and host guests and creators so they always feel welcome when coming into the office.

  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all new employees.

  • Plan and execute office and company-wide events; responsible for all aspects of office events, including arranging travel as necessary.

  • And most importantly... making sure that there's always delicious coffee, snacks and lunch - and a fun Friday bar.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive self-starter who gets the best out of people, loves to deliver exceptional service, enjoys collaborating with others, is results driven, and has a passion for people and culture.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • A people-person who naturally brings warmth and energy into any room.

  • Preferably experience working at an early stage, growing company where priorities switch on the fly.

  • Proven office management, administrative and / or assistant experience (2-4 years) within the office management or event space

  • Excellent time management skills, who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and staying one step ahead.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, always one step ahead when it comes to spotting and solving problems.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in Dutch and English.

  • Someone with a sharp eye for creating and maintaining a tidy, welcoming office space.

  • Someone that absolutely loves to host people and that gets energy from it

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!

We might change it up to make sure it makes sense. Our main focus is to run an efficient and enjoyable interview process. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the preferred starting date is end of May or shortly thereafter.
