  • +5 years of hands-on laboratory experience with biological assays
  • Experience working with automation, liquid handling systems, and high-throughput screening workflows
  • Exposure to DEL screening, biophysics, or screening platforms is considered a plus
  • Comfortable working with laboratory software and documentation systems and take pride in maintaining high standards of data quality and reproducibility

You enjoy hands-on laboratory work and are detail-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused, with strong motivation to learn new techniques and technologies. As part of a growing start-up biotech company, you are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
