Senior Product Manager - Wireless Network Core

We’re looking for a Snr PM to lead the growth and evolution of our Private/Public Wireless Network Core – the breakthrough solution behind the world’s largest private LTE deployment at Sea

At Onomondo, we’re building cloud-native connectivity for everything. Guided by our North Star, we’re here to help the world achieve more—with curiosity, ambition, and a touch of playfulness. But behind every bold move is a solid product—and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of Onomondo’s Private/Public Wireless Network Core – the same breakthrough solution behind the world’s largest private LTE deployment at sea.

This isn’t about incremental product development but turning a proven success into a repeatable, scalable product: defining what the product is, how it’s packaged, and how it delivers value across industries. You’ll be working in a space with very little precedent, navigating ambiguity, building structure where none exists, and creating a category-defining solution.

For that, you’ll be joining a squad with full-stack engineers, heavily collaborating with early customers, navigating a complex vendor landscape and commercial stakeholders to shape a solution that is both visionary and seamless. If you thrive in 0-1 product building, this is the kind of opportunity that comes once in a career.

As one of four Product Managers at Onomondo, you’ll also play a key role in shaping not just what we build, but also why. You’ll be a part of a tight-knit, high-impact Product team that believes deeply in strategic product thinking, ambitious outcomes, and scaling with purpose. This is a unique opportunity to help evolve our product practice, influence our culture, and advocate for the product mindset across the entire company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the productization of our Private/Public Wireless Network Core: Defining the value proposition, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market model.
  • Engage directly with high-profile customers: Leading discovery efforts, validating use cases, gathering feedback, and shaping the product through real-world needs.
  • Translate complex tech into clear product value: Working closely with engineering, infrastructure, commercial teams and customers to shape what we build and why.
  • Enable scale: Developing frameworks, documentation, and internal tooling to support repeatable deployments across verticals.
  • Advocate for strategic product thinking: Help shape our product culture and educate the wider organization on why it matters and how it creates value.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager taking a product from 0-1: building from ambiguity, validating fit, and laying the groundwork for scale
  • A track record of turning custom-built or pilot solutions into scalable products, with clear go-to-market fit and repeatability
  • Strong customer-facing experience and confidence working directly with clients to lead discovery
  • Ability to operate in highly technical domains (TelCo, IoT, networking, infrastructure) and translate complexity into value
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional product squads
  • Experience in helping organizations shift toward more product-led ways of working

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are based in Copenhagen.
  • Are naturally curious and always listen first.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and get energy from building where there’s no playbook.
  • Love working with early customers and iterating fast to find fit.
  • Are able to navigate technical conversations with both engineering teams and external stakeholders, acting as a translator between deep tech and business impact.
  • Are outcome-oriented and not afraid to say no when something doesn’t serve the bigger picture
  • Are both technically curious and commercially aware and see how product, pricing, and positioning tie together.

Why Join Onomondo?

  • A playful, ambitious culture where people are trusted to do what they do best
  • A workspace that’s one-of-a-kind, in both design and energy
  • Legendary lunches, snack heaven, and events that actually bring people together
  • Room to bring your personality and ideas into the way we work and collaborate
  • And while Onomondians might not always be the most structured bunch, our Product team is—so you’ll be in good hands.

Our hiring process:

We care deeply about creating a fair and inclusive process.
That means:

  • We don’t need your picture or cover letter—just your CV
  • We select candidates based on skills and relevant work experience for the role.

We’re fast but thoughtful—our goal is to make sure you feel informed, respected, and excited throughout the journey.

  1. Apply here with your CV.
  2. A 30-minute screening call with our recruiter, Christian Payne.
  3. Culture interview with Mareike (Director of Product & your future manager) and Henrik (Co-Founder & CTO)
  4. Product discovery workshop with members of the Product & Engineering teams.
  5. Final conversation with our other co-founder, Michael.
