The Role:

We seek a talented and experienced account manager to join our commercial team. As an Account manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding our largest customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working actively with a portfolio of the 8-12 largest and fastest growing accounts in Onomondo
  • Conducting Monthly business reviews with each account
  • Being the day-to-day contact for your portfolio
  • Nurture and strengthen the customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximum value for both parties
  • Working as Project manager on larger projects with your accounts.
  • Working closely with our Customer success and technical support teams
  • Identifying new opportunities in your accounts and involving sales, as needed.
