The role is open in Chicago, New York City, Omaha, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
LinkedIn is looking for a Program Manager to support the ongoing evolution of our Digital Customer Success strategies, with a particular focus on scaled campaigns and tech touch success initiatives, with the objective of reaching all Talent Solutions customers and enabling success at scale. The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with great communication skills and will be effective in working cross-functionally to shape and deliver projects or programs globally across multiple stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will partner internally within the global Scaled Solutions organization and with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Productivity Engineering, Customer Success and Sales. They will foster alignment among internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals, enhance current programs and project manage the rollout of new or updated scaled customer success strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $91,000 to $148,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and update campaigns in Scaled Success CRM platform in collaboration with Scaled Solutions and key functional partners, and in alignment with scaled and tech touch success goals and governance.
- Ensure quality, brand and customer experience standards as well as compliance with internal and external legal or regulatory requirements.
- Monitor performance and track the effectiveness of campaigns or scaled success initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing programs or processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization or increased customer experience.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders across Scaled Solutions and functions (e.g., Productivity Engineering, Customer Success, Ops) to facilitate collaboration and alignment on priority initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement coordinated recommendations for scaled success strategies to improve account health and drive activation, adoption and retention.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, resources, deliverables, timelines, and results. Provide regular stakeholder updates on project progress, risks & results, actively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with specialist teams or stakeholders to build and deliver effective internal communications plans that address different stakeholder needs and to support reinforcement, change management and/or enablement.
- Create, update and maintain internal materials, resources, playbooks and/or sites for priority stakeholder audiences (e.g., SSO, CS&S, Sales).
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform program evolution.
- Adopt a culture of collaboration and teamwork, champion the customer experience and foster accountability for business and customer outcomes.
- Anchor on Scaled Success strategies and LinkedIn Vision to help shape and evolve customer programs and experiences.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA or equivalent degree
- 5+ years’ experience with Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Management Consulting or Operations
- Experience executing programs on a global scale
- Experience leading projects within a cross-functional business environment
- Experience analyzing data, identifying and gathering insights and identifying trends from multiple data sources
- Experience in digital customer success or email marketing
- Experience in the use and application of emerging technologies
- Knowledge and working experience with HTML Coding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
