This position can be performed in New York, Chicago or San Francisco depending upon which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing.

LinkedIn is searching for a Global GTM Operations Manager will serve as a critical partner and advisor to support the strategic and operational priorities of LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions business. This role will be responsible for driving near-term solutions and supporting the long-term deployment of programs aimed at driving innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. The Global GTM Operations Manager will work closely with senior leaders across GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive operational efficiency, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate the growth of LinkedIn's Ads business globally. Candidates hoping to fill this role must be nimble team players who are comfortable managing a variety of cross-functional relationships (incl Sales and Eng).

The Global GTM Operations Manager will leverage their superior communication, relationship building skills, solution orientation, and analytical abilities to provide timely solutions to partners, and deliver near-term solutions while working with the appropriate teams on prioritizing a backlog.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to enable cross-functional teams to operate seamlessly and focus on high-priority initiatives.
  • Think like an owner and have an impact outside of your core functions by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale.
  • Ability to own solution development and deployment with understanding root issues, identifying a variety of solutions, and deploying solutions delivering near-term impact while aligning to long-term vision
  • Provide written and verbal communications to leadership on opportunities, options, solutions, and updates with risks and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a consultant to our various stakeholders to identify solutions where we can help teams scale
  • Develop effective change management strategies to drive optimal adoption and minimize disruption to customers and teams.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in operations/ project management/ chief of staff/ management consulting
  • BA/BS degree


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, MS Power Point, MS Excel
  • PMP or Six-Sigma Certified
  • Strong business acumen with experience in global go-to-market strategies, advertising technologies, or digital media.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $199,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
