This role is based in Singapore.
Our Customer Success Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building and maintaining the ultimate go-to-market engine and operational foundation that enables our organization to run effectively and efficiently. As a CS Strategy & Operations Associate, you will act as an advisor to leaders in the Talent Solutions Customer Success organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. This person will also be responsible for driving operational and planning processes while also driving the ongoing operational rhythm of the business. In this role you will work to derive insights from LinkedIn’s customer, product and sales data, and help to ensure efficient and effective operations.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, be passionate about their work, detail-orientated, and be comfortable interacting with all levels and functions within an organization. They will ideally drive towards simple scalable solutions to challenging problems, have excellent teamwork and project management skills and be able to communicate complex analysis & solutions in a concise, crisp way. The ideal candidate will be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information supporting a rapidly changing organization.

Responsibilities
- Business performance & insights: Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise CS leadership and inform day-to-day decisions
- Operational excellence: Lead operational processes of the CS organization, such as territory planning, business review, and dashboard development
- CS Strategy: Advise senior members of the CS organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
- Strategic Planning: Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning)
- Strategic Planning: Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape LinkedIn’s go-to-market motion. Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners
- Stakeholder management: Establish strong working relationships with CS leaders and peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related practical experience (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, Excel and PowerPoint
- Conversational fluency in Mandarin required
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making
- Experience in communicating effectively, project and time management, writing and presentation skills with the ability to confidently interact with senior management
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modeling
- Experience in working with Anaplan, Tableau or another BI tool
- Experience working with SalesForce Reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see insights beyond the numbers to drive sound decision making
- Ability to flex between day-to-day operations/project management and broader strategic initiatives
- Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate
- Have a learning and curious mindset on skill building, Customer Success, APAC and broader LinkedIn business
