Role Overview
The Global Clients Program in Talent Solutions is a strategic sales team with global footprint engaging with our largest global customers to deliver a globally consistent, value-driven enterprise experience that results in high satisfaction and revenue growth for the company. This team is uniquely designed to drive value and growth with multi-nationals in a collaborative way.
The Director APAC Global Clients Program will be responsible for the regional strategy and execution, leading a high-performing strategic sales team, designing and implementing business transformation, while adhering to the highest ethical standards. This leader will demonstrate personal mastery, drive, determination, and high integrity. They will look for opportunities for growth and invest in making the company stronger by creating new and innovative growth models for the business, promoting collaboration, and cultivating diversity, inclusion, and belonging. This role is crucial in shaping and enabling comprehensive client strategies and will encourage excellent partnerships both internally and externally throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Invest in our talent and effectively lead a team of high-performing individual contributors and managers through compassionate management, collaboration, coaching, and effective performance management.
- Champion the LinkedIn culture & values and foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging within your teams and beyond.
- Drive sales performance through the adoption of strategic sales processes and pipeline management. Build consultative selling and solution selling skills within the team.
- Lead from the front as Executive Business Sponsor for key client accounts in the region, personally originating and closing new business opportunities, and building enduring client relationships.
- Build a strategy for APAC and communicate the vision with clarity, setting the strategic direction and growth strategy for the business, and identifying the key enablers for success.
- Inspire the team to adopt new methods, approaches, and ways of working which will deliver transformative results. Foster creativity, innovation, transparency, and trust.
- Build and develop relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact.
- Travel required across the region.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of consultative and/or solution selling experience within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience driving diversity, inclusion, and belonging within your own team and beyond.
- A track record of continuous professional development of self and others.
- Passion for leadership through inspiration, compassion, and managerial excellence.
- Expertise in architecting sophisticated deal structures and proficient in the strategic application of relevant sales methodologies.
- Excellent client management skills with a history of strong client relationships, client advocacy and driving mutually successful outcomes.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence colleagues to effectively contribute to and lead cross-functional teams responsible for advancing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong oral/written communication, presentation skills, conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
- ‘Globally minded localist’, ability to execute global strategy, nuance locally and develop strategic relationships with teams and key stakeholders, internally and externally.
