LinkedIn Talent Solutions is searching for an experienced Associate Events and Field Marketing Manager with expertise in building and executing B2B customer marketing programs, specifically events. This person will design, plan and execute events and other marketing programs for our critical customers and prospects spanning across Asia, primarily Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines in the Talent (HR) industry.
Whilst partnering with regional (APAC) and global field marketing teams, product marketing and content teams to activate the strategy in line with our objectives and plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with execution and implementation of our customer and prospect marketing efforts to engage and accelerate business growth through the adoption of additional products to support their Talent strategies.
This role is critical to drive greater growth and success across Asia, whilst being a part of a collaborative and engaging team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the Regional Field Marketing Strategy
- Activate and oversee our key initiatives for our markets including Flagship Events (Talent Connect Asia Edition), Events Roadshow, Account Based Marketing, Executive Engagement and Content program
- Forecast, monitor and track results of marketing activity to inform future plans and activities
- Analyse campaign results across APAC to ensure objectives are being met, inform stakeholders and support the planning process
- Manage and communicate effectively with our sales stakeholders spanning Enterprise, Mid-Market and Staffing teams and their direct managers
- Ensure sales teams have the right cadence and level of information to be able to execute our marketing activity successfully with their customers
- Coordinate with cross functional partners e.g. insights, customer success, sales ops to ensure we are aligned
- Create impactful customer stories that engage our prospects and customers and provide evidence to support our sales team to drive solution awareness and support growth ambitions
- Work with the centralised global and regional content creation teams to take content and reports to market, create localised versions across the region, and support promotion and amplification of content across the marketing programs
- Support strategy and planning efforts in core markets and marketing functions
- Work closely with the regional and global customer marketing teams to leverage programs, content and campaigns to make them impactful and relevant for our target audience
- This includes providing feedback on the plans, sourcing customers to feature and creating and executing plans to deliver to customers
- Create unique Target Account Marketing opportunities for our key accounts and ensure that our target accounts are prioritised for our core activations and opportunities
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 2+ years of virtual and in person event management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple markets, teams and functions
- Data analysis and interpretation capability
- Experience creating effective partnerships with sales teams and other cross functionals
- Understanding of different marketing functions and internal cross functional partners with experience from a matrix organisation
- Experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns strategies
- Account-based marketing experience
- Passionate about customer (external) and sales (internal) needs
- Understanding challenges and turning them into impactful marketing strategies and activations
- Proactive and agile
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
