Job Description

The vision of LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business is to create economic growth for every organization worldwide by helping marketers reach, engage and convert their audiences at scale.

Through sponsored content in the feed (video, lead-generation forms, connected TV, carousel ads), personalized messages to your LinkedIn inbox (InMail), LinkedIn Events/Live and many other innovative formats, LinkedIn is transforming B2B (Business 2 Business) and high-consideration B2C (Business 2 Customer) marketing.

As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, you will nurture client relationships while executing against their objectives as a trusted advisor. Working closely with your Account Director and cross-functional teams, you'll drive customer growth in South Korea by identifying trends, offering in-depth data-driven consultation, and enhancing advertising effectiveness. With your extensive digital sales experience, you'll serve as a proactive consultant, fostering deep relationships with clients and agencies. You will need to be hands-on with campaign execution while also strategically engaging in client planning and budgeting to deliver ROI and drive long-term marketing objectives, accelerating client revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships in South Korea through best-in-class customer experience, leveraging communication, relationship-building skills, and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions.
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' marketing campaigns to make creative and data driven recommendations for utilizing the LinkedIn platform and proving ROI through campaign insights.
  • Create and manage a tiered service approach for clients to drive growth.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers' advertising campaigns and marketing programs, making strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Consult on all aspects of clients' media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting
  • Articulate and communicate new product features proactively.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities across the client base to drive incremental revenue.
  • Advise on creative and content quality and development, leveraging marketing expertise for performance maximization.
  • Support customers with communication, onboarding, and education needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in product, product marketing, insights, content marketing, technical support, and others to ensure customer success.
  • Travel required (approximately 20-30% of the time)


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing role, agency, advertising sales, marketing or media
  • Business communication fluency in both verbal and written Korean and English
  • 6+ years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Adwords, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks)
  • Experience working in the digital media industry


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in excelling within a target-driven environment, adept at managing CRM for the sales process
  • Ability to drive results and build relationships across multiple client levels.
  • Strong understanding and network within the South Korea media agency landscape.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing large portfolios of customer advertising budgets and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals through consultative selling.
  • Experience of using insights to drive commercial success through upsells and pitches
  • Ability to translate analytics and present them as insights and recommendations in a client facing setting.
