DescriptionOur existing Raman spectrometers and microscopes require continuous improvements in terms of mechanical stability, robustness regarding temperature variations and mechanical load, scalability, reduced manufacturing costs, etc. Most of the components produced from aluminum, steel, plastic by CNC machining, 3D printing and injection molding. Therefore, we are looking for a mechanical/ optomechanical development expert for full-time position to support us with:Short term expectation:- development of mechanical and optomechanical components for advanced Raman microscope THOR- development of mechanical and optomechanical components for miniRaman microscope- development of mechanical and optomechanical components for miniRaman spectrometerLong term expectations:- contribute to product development strategy- bringing mechanics development expertise and competences to the teamKey qualifications- proven expertise in mechanics/optomechanics development of complex optical systems, preferably spectrometers and microscopes;- knowledge of CAD design software (Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works)- willingness to support the company goalsOur workspaceLightnovo has offices and manufacturing facilities in Birkerød, Denmark.
