We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the German market with 3-5 years of experience in the prosthetics industry. This is for someone who understands the industry inside out. Clinically, technically, and commercially, and knows how to turn that knowledge into meaningful partnerships.
The role
You will further develop our presence Germany, working closely with clinics, distributors, and key stakeholders across the prosthetics ecosystem. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring our solutions reach the people who need them most.
What you will do
Develop and manage relationships with prosthetic clinics, distributors, and partners
Identify opportunities to introduce and expand our product portfolio
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding both clinical and technical needs
Represent Levitate in meetings, events, and industry settings
Drive sales through expertise, credibility, and long-term trust, not just short-term tactics
Provide structured feedback from the market to our internal team
Support onboarding of new partners and ensure successful product adoption
What the role requires
This role requires deep industry understanding and a strong network.
You should be comfortable navigating conversations with prosthetists, clinicians, and decision-makers—and translating their needs into real business opportunities.
Relevant background
3-5 years of experience in the prosthetics industry
Strong network within the German prosthetics market
Experience working with clinics and distributors
Solid understanding of prosthetic components and clinical applications
Commercial experience combined with technical insight
