We are looking for a passionate Social Media & Community Manager to join our team in Kyiv and support our growing marketing efforts. This role will focus heavily on content creation and community relations within the prosthesis and rehabilitation segment in Ukraine.

You will work closely with orthopedic specialist and rehabilitation clinics and war victims who are dependent on a prosthesis due to amputation, fostering connections and sharing impactful stories that highlight how Levitate’s technology transforms lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, design, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts that resonate with the prosthetics community in Ukraine.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prosthetic centers, NGOs, and veterans, ensuring Levitate’s message reaches those who need it most.

Storytelling & Advocacy: Share real-life success stories of individuals using Levitate prosthetics, highlighting their journeys and inspiring others.

Social Media Management: Oversee and execute content strategy across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and community growth.

Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with key stakeholders in the prosthetic and rehabilitation community to create awareness and drive engagement.

Event Support & Coverage: Attend relevant events, document experiences, and share engaging live content to increase visibility.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and provide insights to improve content strategy.

What You Bring:

Experience in content creation, community relations, or social media management, preferably within healthcare, rehabilitation, or social impact sectors.

Strong understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, including algorithms, analytics, and best practices.

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar) and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later etc.).

Experience in digital storytelling and video content creation.

Excellent writing and communication skills with a creative and empathetic mindset.

Ability to build relationships and work closely with organizations, veterans, and healthcare professionals.

Experience with influencer collaboration and user-generated content is a plus.

Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
