Are you a Creative Lead ready to own the visual and verbal identity and expression of a fast-growing health tech company on a global stage with offices in 11 different countries? At Lenus, you'll set the creative direction, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and tell the stories that make our brand impossible to ignore - playing a central role in how the world sees and feels Lenus.

This is not a traditional leadership role built on growing a large team. Instead, we’re looking for a highly autonomous Creative Lead who operates as a force multiplier meaning leveraging modern creative workflows, including AI-driven tools, to concept, produce, and deliver high-quality work at speed and scale. You won’t wait for resources; you’ll extend your own capabilities through technology, smart systems, and while this might be new to you, we love for you to be interested in learn and grow with this mindset.
You will own and evolve Lenus’ visual and verbal identity across markets, driving creative direction from concept to execution. You think in ideas, systems, and stories, and you know how to bring them to life efficiently across formats, channels, and audiences. A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-delivery creative work across graphic, video, and motion is required while having a good understanding and use of the benefits of tech-driven AI tools.

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Digital Marketing lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing as well as working close to the co-founders of the company. This role is based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Art Direction: Own and evolve the visual direction of Lenus across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, and unmistakably Lenus.
- Define and maintain the visual identity system across formats and channels
- Set and uphold the creative bar across all output, from hero campaigns to social content
- Ensure visual consistency across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
- Translate brand strategy into a compelling, distinctive visual language
- Act as the creative sparring partner for the broader team, pushing ideas further and pulling output up
- Own creative execution across social media, website, campaigns, presentations, and more
- Drive asset delivery with speed and quality - without compromising either
- Manage the content production pipeline in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead.
- Brief and direct external creative partners, freelancers, and production vendors where needed
- Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that resonate with our audience
- Write and craft copy that supports the visual work - headlines, scripts, captions, presentations
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to ensure creative output hits across every channel
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 4+ years across art direction, creative production, and design execution
- A strong portfolio spanning graphic, video, and motion work
- Hands-on proficiency across the tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and/or AI equivalent
- Experience developing campaign concepts and seeing them through to final output
- A social-first instinct - you understand what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Strong communication and writing skills - you can craft a brief as well as a caption
- An understanding of how creative connects to results — you think about impact, not just aesthetics
- Comfortable running multiple projects and formats simultaneously
- Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus
