Lenus is looking for a new Senior Product Designer for our Copenhagen or Aarhus Office!

Join the health revolution!

At Lenus we are fundamentally energized by our shared vision: making the world a healthier and happier place. Could you see yourself working for a great purpose in a dynamic, global culture? Then we might be a great match.

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a Product Designer whose entrepreneurial mindset and "let's go!" spirit are their most important assets, because the drive to create real impact matters more to us than the number of years on your CV. Success in this role means challenging the status quo to deliver an amazing user experience that tangibly improves health outcomes, while balancing pragmatism for high leverage outcomes. You'll work from one of our vibrant, health-focused offices in Copenhagen or Aarhus, where collaboration is key and social activities, like group runs, are part of the team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the visual and experiential identity of our products - crafting designs that not only solve problems but inspire use. You’ll bring beauty, clarity, and emotion to our interfaces.
  • Challenge the status quo. We believe design is a lever for differentiation, not decoration. You’ll question conventions, push boundaries, and inflict positive change across the product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, engineers and stakeholders (especially the CPO), to elevate team output and shape our creative direction.
  • Masterful UI Craftsmanship. Own the entire UI craft, setting the standard for excellence by delivering designs that are both delightful and intuitive. You ensure every pixel feels intentional and magnetic, driven by the belief that what looks good, works good.
  • Lead and inspire by example. You’ll guide other designers and cross-functional partners toward higher quality and stronger taste, nurturing a culture of excellence and creative confidence.
  • Conduct user research and validation to ground your instincts in real user insights - but with an emphasis on translating those insights into elegant, refined design solutions.

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience. 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of high-impact UI work across both mobile and/or desktop applications.
  • A “Let’s go” mindset. You thrive on ambitious goals and tough challenges. You get energy from solving hard problems, not from avoiding them.
  • A passion for great design and great products. You care deeply about craft, detail, and user experience - and you know that beauty, delight and usability go hand in hand.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills: You possess a trained taste for high-quality visual and interaction design, valuing craft and detail, and knowing that beauty and usability must go hand-in-hand to create a magnetic product.
  • Collaborative Communication: You possess excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale across peers, engineers, and executives, and you embrace feedback as a collaborative tool to strengthen ideas.
  • Bonus: Skills in motion design and animation, and/or the ability to code or prototype complex interactions (e.g., Figma Make, Framer, React).

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

We’re on an ambitious and difficult mission - and we set high expectations for ourselves and each other. We’re looking for driven, passionate engineers who want to build something extraordinary and are not afraid of the hard work that comes with it.

The Team

You will be joining one our Product team of 70 people, consisting of engineers, designers, product managers, as well as our support and customer success teams. Your role directly contributes to shaping the product, to help us improve health for the end clients. The team culture is inherently open, energetic, and highly collaborative, united by the mission of improving global health.

Benefits & Perks

  • Regular development feedback cycles and mentoring to accelerate your growth.
  • Opportunity to be awarded equity and share in Lenus’ long-term growth and success.
  • Pension (2% employer contribution) and insurance through AP Pension.
  • Sports and activities, like paddle tournaments, Football Club, Run & Dip, and much more!
  • Regular team gatherings and monthly social events across all our offices, plus company-wide celebrations.
  • Healthy daily snacks and fuel. Our offices are set up with fruits, snack bars, and a selection of drinks.
  • Dog friendly office.
  • A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work.

We'll be going through applications frequently, so if this sounds like a great opportunity for you, hit apply and our Talent Acquisition Team will go through it and be in touch with you!

Please submit your application in English
