Junior Support Engineer (1yr parental leave cover)
Lenus eHealth
Lenus is looking for a new Junior Support Engineer for our Copenhagen Office!
Join the health revolution!
At Lenus we are fundamentally energized by our shared vision: making the world a healthier and happier place. Could you see yourself working for a great purpose in a dynamic, global culture? Then we might be a great match.
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a curious and collaborative Support Engineer to join our Copenhagen office on a 1 year parental leave cover. In this entry-level role, you’ll help coaches succeed by resolving their product questions, while also enabling our Product and Engineering teams to build the right improvements. Success in this role means showing strong ownership, learning quickly, and contributing to our open feedback culture where the best idea wins. You’ll be supported by more senior teammates while gaining hands-on experience in Support Engineering and Product - an opportunity to develop your technical skills and build a solid foundation for your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to our coaches, their clients and your colleagues, resolving technical issues with care, ownership, and clear communication.
- Investigate and escalate system bugs and product issues to Engineering, ensuring clarity and quality in reporting.
- Contribute to self-service and AI initiatives by updating the knowledge base, quality-checking AI answers, and spotting patterns in questions that can be addressed by automation.
- Document product insights, processes, and learnings to support team scalability and knowledge sharing.
- Play an active role in process improvements, and team-wide projects that go beyond daily ticket work.
- Collaborate with peers across Support, Customer Success, and Product to share context, celebrate wins, and strengthen team culture.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
- Curiosity for technology and willingness to learn (e.g. SQL/database basics, AI tools, workflow automation).
- A problem-solving mindset: ownership, initiative, and the ability to balance speed with quality.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A collaborative spirit - you thrive in a team environment and bring positive energy to those around you.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!
The Team
You’ll be joining our Support Engineering team, a group of 16 Support Engineers across Copenhagen and New York, supporting three products: Zenfit, Beefit, and Lenus. This role will sit in our Copenhagen office as part of the Zenfit sub-team, working closely with Engineers, Customer Success, and occasionally Finance or Legal.
We pride ourselves on a culture of strong ownership, collaboration, and open feedback - where the best idea wins, no matter where it comes from. As Support Engineers, we’re very close to our Product and Engineering teams, helping them move fast and confidently while ensuring a great experience for our coaches.
We stay connected through weekly team meetings and cross-team sharing, while also leaving plenty of room for focused, independent work.
This contract position is a great opportunity to enter the world of Support Engineering and Product. As an entry-level position, you’ll be supported by more senior colleagues while building the technical and collaboration skills to grow further in your career.
