Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to strengthen our EU People team and to help us achieve our ambitious global People agenda. If you are a curious personality with a keen interest in working with a next-level, data-driven People organization, love to challenge the status quo and improve processes, this role could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and Manage HR Systems & Employee Data
Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across HR platforms like Hibob and related systems.
- Deliver Operational HR Support Across the Employee Lifecycle
Deliver support throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes handling employee queries, managing global contract processes (using Juro & Deel), and supporting visa applications.
- Support Legal Compliance & Policy Governance
Act as a legal resource on global and local employment laws across the EU, while managing the content and communication of our internal policies.
- Facilitate Onboarding Experiences
Lead the planning and execution of global onboarding initiatives and Intro Days, ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience for all new hires.
- Drive Cross-Functional HR Projects
Take part in a wide range of impactful and fun People projects, supporting continuous improvement, change initiatives, and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should:
- Have 2+ years of experience in People Operations; (EU/multi-country experience is a plus)
- Bring optimism, curiosity, and a “let’s go” attitude to everyday work
- Enjoy repeat tasks, ticking off to-dos, and improving how things are done
- Have a data-first mindset, utilising tools and platforms to extract insights and inform decision-making
- Have strong attention to detail, high standards for quality, and a natural approach to documentation
- Be responsible, mature, and discreet with personal and confidential data
- Be comfortable with HR systems, tech-savvy, and curious about system integrations
- Have an interest in global employment law and confidence in advising employees on policies such as vacation, notice periods etc.
- Possess strong service-oriented communication skills in English
- Have Danish language proficiency and experience with virk.dk reimbursements are a plus
