Lenus is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead to ensure quality and operational success within our Key Account Management function.

Lenus is at the forefront of the health revolution, working tirelessly to create a healthier and happier world. Our mission is to support and empower holistic health and fitness coaches to reach new heights in their businesses. Join our dynamic and global culture as a Quality Assurance Lead and become a crucial part of our mission.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Key Account Management deliverables align with Lenus' golden standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs), driving a top-tier service offering through our commercial pillar. By analyzing deliverables (eg. forecasts, marketing plans, business strategies, launch plans, content plans), you'll identify areas for improvement and collaborate closely with our Learning & Development team to upskill Key Account Managers based on your insights. In this role, you’ll be an essential bridge between quality standards and operational excellence, supporting our teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Deliverables: Review Key Account Manager outputs, such as forecasts, marketing strategies, business plans, and content plans, to confirm they meet established standards
  • Drive Improvement: Identify areas for quality enhancement and collaborate with Learning & Development to optimize KAM skills based on your findings
  • Validate Documentation: Use tools, including translation tools like ChatGPT, to ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation
  • Collaborate on SOPs: Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain procedures that guarantee quality and consistency in deliverables

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years in quality assurance, ideally in a data-driven, document-heavy role
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain a holistic view of projects
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to clearly present findings and improvement recommendations
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve shared goals

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes.

The Team
You will be part of our Key Account Management CoE (Center of Exellence), reporting to our Global Head of KAM Excellence & GM Expansion Markets. This team drives continuous improvement in key account management practices across Lenus.
