Lenus is looking for a new Workplace Experience Manager for our Copenhagen Head Office.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you are the heartbeat of our workplace, embodying a blend of organizational mindset, creative flair, and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Administrator with global responsibilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across all office locations and managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for cost efficiency, and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, handling billing, invoicing, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Office Relocations and management:
    • Identify and secure new office spaces together with our real estate agent, negotiating leases and setting up offices.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related tasks and inquiries, including credit cards, suppliers, stakeholder management and onboardings.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and oversee global budgets, engaging in budget planning and preparation of business cases.
    • Ensure cost efficiency and optimize spending, collaborating with Legal and Finance on an ongoing basis
  • Facility Management:
    • Ensure the provision of snacks and beverages across offices.
    • Work alongside and advise global Workplace Experience Managers to optimize overall office processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Lenus Webshop Administration: Manage and oversee the webshop, including budget, products, points, adding/removing new employees and coordinating delivery logistics to offices.
  • Event Coordination: Handle event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

In the Workplace Experience team we are both thinkers and doers. We are experts in hospitality and everything related to our physical environment, making it both fun and productive. We are there every step of the way for guests, employees and coaches, providing them with a consistent Lenus experience and all the great activities that nurture our culture and builds communities.
