Lenus is looking for a Revenue Analyst to work on revenue-generating initiatives, deliver valuable data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve business performance.

Lenus is seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst to join our Copenhagen office. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Excellence Lead, working on a number of revenue initiatives such as:

a). Revenue enhancement initiatives (70% focus): Root-cause analysis for 1000+ customer accounts, working with the commercial excellence teams in helping create playbooks that improve customer revenue, and consequently the company revenue. In this role, you will also review the results of deploying playbooks on customers, and make required data-driven changes to each playbook that help improve revenue delivery. The artifact you create in this role will go on to be used by commercial teams across the organization in 9 different markets.

b). Special projects (30% focus): Special projects from the Commercial Management Team such as financial feasibility estimations of new initiatives , root cause of success/misses in commercial teams or projects, maintaining a single source of truth for all commercial teams, etc.

Impact day-day wins and effectiveness of our commercial organization:

  • Monitor customer (Lenus coaches) metrics across markets and provide actionable insights to leaders to drive performance
  • Monitor and analyze revenue trends and actions, to identify growth opportunities for our commercial functions
  • Perform root cause analysis and hypothesis-driven problem-solving to deliver commercial value
  • Identify and analyze revenue leakage or areas of underperformance to recommend corrective actions

Support our CoEs in driving operational excellence, e.g. through:

  • Conducting frequent metric breach reporting
  • Product and ways of working adoption metrics
  • Supporting commercial competitions and leader boards to drive performance and engagement
  • Conduct split testing and statistical analysis for our Growth teams
  • Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures to improve revenue performance

Management support:

  • Conduct ongoing data analysis and provide insights to General Managers and CoEs, including consumer and market trends
  • Prepare management reports for various commercial functions
  • Perform root cause analysis and hypothesis-driven problem-solving to deliver commercial value
  • Assessing market conditions and competitor strategies to recommend pricing or product adjustments
  • In collaboration with Finance teams, support Chief Revenue Officer in driving long term strategic decisions


  • Relevant educational background (eg. Finance, Business, Consulting or any analytical STEM field)
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue analysis for commercial excellence or operations
  • Data analysis skills: Strong skills in data analysis, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL and Excel and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Problem-solving skills: A solution-oriented approach and the ability to use data to solve complex business challenges
  • Reporting: Able to create comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations in a succinct manner
  • Effective communication skills: Great communication and presentation skills for delivering data insights to our Chief Revenue Officer, General Managers and CoEs
  • Strong collaboration skills, experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Finance and across multiple markets
