Lenus is looking for a Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with financial processes, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as well as ad-hoc financial analysis

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of the rolling forecasting model to support future growth and strategic decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Finance department to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information fostering trust within the Lenus organisation

  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports with executive summaries for all relevant department heads, the executive leadership team and investors

  • Engage in recurring meetings with stakeholders to provide valuable business insights and recommendations based on skilful financial analysis

  • Proactively drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes

Your tasks will, however, evolve as you grow into the role, and there’s no better place to be able to shape your role and responsibilities as we are a flexible team that adapts to each other's skills and wishes for development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Management Engineering

  • 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or a different Financial- or Business-oriented role

  • Experience working with financial modelling principles, budgeting, and forecasting practices

  • Experience working with month-end closing processes and deadline management
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting

  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau, as well as Netsuite (or other ERP systems) is a plus

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As a Finance Analyst, you will be a valued member of our Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team, collaborating closely with colleagues such as our CFO, Strategic Business Partners, Accounting team, and other stakeholders across the entire organisation. Our team takes pride in delivering straightforward solutions to complex financial matters, and we encourage open communication and fresh perspectives to drive our success.

Also, you will be part of the larger Finance function of 30 FTE's, consisting of FP&A, Legal & Compliance, Accounting, Strategic Business Partnering, and Advanced Analytics and Automation. We are a dynamic group of people with 14 different nationalities, joined by a shared vision to build one of the best modern finance functions in Denmark.
