Who are we looking for:

We're on the lookout for a talented and creative Brand Marketing Specialist who's experienced in, and passionate about, building compelling brands, cultivating consumer loyalty, and strategizing organic social media content. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative individual who is a confident problem solver, an excellent communicator, has an eye for detail, and blends creative thinking with data insights. This person will be expected to cultivate a strong relationship with Lenus coaches while also leading the growth of their brand. Bonus points if you share an interest in fitness, holistic health or simply living a healthy lifestyle.

Furthermore, our Brand Marketing Specialist should have a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Additionally, you should be well-versed in the latest social media trends and features, using this knowledge to drive brand awareness and expand coach reach to attract qualified leads.

The position is entirely new in our sunny Irvine office in California, just a stonecast away from the Irvine Spectrum Center. However, we have Brand Marketing Specialists located in New York, Copenhagen, London, Berlin, and Stockholm. You will collaborate closely with the US-based team in the New York office. This is a hybrid position that typically has 3 days in-office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of 10 US coaches, primarily consisting of our top coaches
  • Design marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation ultimately driving conversion for the coach
  • Conduct research and maintain a high level of knowledge on market trends, industry standards, and target customers’ preferences to provide a brand-led perspective internally and externally (to clients)
  • Effectively analyze marketing strategies and proactively offer suggestions on improvements in the team’s workflow with coaches
  • Develop resources for Key Account Managers that scale marketing comprehension, brand development, and organic social media strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the greater growth team and marketing team to ensure that brand and organic social strategies are aligned with paid ad initiatives and web development
  • Experience in a variety of marketing channels, especially email marketing, is preferred

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with social media/marketing from a similar position and in-depth knowledge of organically building strong brands and growing accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels
  • Superior understanding of social media channels, branding, and digital marketing principles
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and generate leads
  • Independent and good social skills - the social media team works closely together, but some tasks are also done individually, so it’s important that you thrive in both of these conditions
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva
  • Ability to stay structured and perform in a multicultural, high-paced working environment
  • Native ability in written and spoken English is a requirement (especially good writing skills are important, as you will be responsible for written content for internal and external use)

The Team:

As a brand marketing specialist at Lenus you will be joining a lively growth team working together to increase lead generation and conversion rates through a variety of efforts: web design and development, paid social, and brand marketing. Your expertise in brand marketing, industry standards, market trends, and organic social strategies will be instrumental in your collaboration with internal teams and externally with clients (coaches). Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate and communicate beyond the branding and growth team to the broader commercial pillar, working closely with Lenus Key Account Managers as you support the growth of their coaches.
