Lenus is looking for a “Growth Manager”
A rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-paced growth-stage fitness tech company on its way to a unicorn status, the role is based in NYC. Lenus is looking for a senior growth professional to lead a team of 6+ performance and growth specialists to ensure that our Fitness Coach accounts to grow their clients across multiple platforms. You will lead end-to-end growth for a $15M+ revenue market, with a goal to build it into a $100M P&L in 12 to 24 months implementing growth strategies with a focus on paid social, SEM, and organic. This is a rare opportunity to work in our energetic and vibrant office in NYC alongside our commercial and management teams. This is a high-exposure role to the company leadership reporting to the US General Manager with frequent interactions with the Chief Revenue Officer. Who are we looking for:
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning growth strategies to deliver on US revenue, elevating our selected coaches' business to the next level. The role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, analytical prowess to decipher growth opportunities, and the ability to lead a team toward achieving our business's KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs).
·P&L ownership: Own marketing budget to achieve growth and efficiency targets. Take charge of overseeing all marketing activities within the US market for our coaches having above 150 clients, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategies. This includes supervising marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
·Channel Expertise: Manage and operate paid and organic acquisition channels, including SEM, Paid Social, SEO and emerging platforms, against key growth metrics, meeting and exceeding goals for customer acquisition, revenue and efficiency (CAC, ROAS).
·Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a hypothesis and data-driven marketing strategy to scale profitable growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition for our coaches by creating and executing custom growth strategies to increase their client base and overall revenue. Must constantly learn and develop new strategies from external expert resources.
•Conversion (CRO): Own end-to-end new customer journey to optimize full funnel conversion, partnering with Engineering and Creative
•Hunger to experiment: Constantly identify opportunities to drive top line revenue and lower CAC through A/B tests, novel campaigns, creative experimentation, audience targeting, account structures and novel growth tactics.Leverage external experts and resources to deliver outcomes.
•Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence across cross-functional teams. You are scrappy and don’t delegate. You do the work AND manage a team. You are both player and coach, not a hands-off leader.
•Special CXO projects: Work with Chief Revenue Officer on ad hoc Tier 1 growthprojects including referrals, strategic lead gen partnerships, etc.
•7-10 years of hands-on experience in scaling B2C customer acquisition profitably, preferably in a DTC startup or high-growth environment, with proven ability to manage a budget to deliver on growth and efficiency targets.
•Proven track record of scaling acquisition, revenue growth and efficiency on paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, SEO and emerging platforms, ideally managing $5-10M budgets.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
•Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other business leaders with decision-making. Ability to analyze consumer patterns, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize investment efficiency and advise on strategy.
·In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, Martech tools, and Reporting. Create roadmaps for your region rooted in channel, measurement, and Ad Tech standard processes.
·Experience leveraging metrics and doing hands-on data analysis. You should have a track record of using data to inform decision-making. This includes the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations based on their analysis.
·Experience in leading cross-functional, dynamic, and highly analytical marketing teams focused on lead and client acquisition, including performance specialists, brand specialists, and web designers.
·You should display the ability to develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
