Your mission

As a Senior Sales Executive you'll be instrumental in driving our global sales efforts, reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer.

Your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships across all territories, utilizing your experience and expertise to develop effective carbon removal strategies tailored to their needs.

Additionally, you'll represent Klimate at various events, showcasing your proficiency in Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead Complex Enterprise Sales: Manage end-to-end sales processes for complex enterprise clients across all territories, including sourcing opportunities independently alongside managing marketing-supported and inbound leads.
  2. Global Representation: Serve as a key ambassador for Klimate at international events, demonstrating your expertise in CDR.

Required skills & attributes:

  • Commercial Experience: Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles with a solution-focused approach.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Take initiative and lead projects that will help Klimate develop as a business independently, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Empathy and Solution Orientation: A kind individual passionate about helping colleagues, clients, and partners find effective solutions.
  • Passion for sustainability and the green transition. We believe that genuine enthusiasm for your work is paramount, and we want to work with individuals who possess a deep desire to make a difference.

Preferential skills and attributes:

  • Carbon Markets Acumen: Knowledge or experience in carbon markets is highly advantageous.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to efficiently manage sales processes and client interactions.
