Job Description

We are looking for an innovative AI Developer to join our growing team in Ballerup, Denmark. As an AI Developer at Klaay, you will be responsible for integrating AI technologies into our productleveraging advanced machine learning models and collaborate with the development and compliance teams to enhance our platform's capabilities. You will work on diverse projects to create a powerful compliance platform, including LLM model integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning. Your work will focus on reducing user friction, simplifying complex compliance tasks, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and implement AI models that enhance our compliance platform's capabilities.
• Integrate various AI solutions, including LLM models, to provide automated insights and recommendations for compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with the development and compliance teams to ensure seamless AI integration into the platform, focusing on reducing user anxiety and fostering ease of use.
• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to utilize information from our data sources effectively.
• Prototype, develop, and scale AI-driven features that support compliance initiatives, making complex processes accessible and intuitive for users.
• Stay current with AI advancements and best practices to drive our platform's innovation.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and align AI solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in AI and machine learning development, with a focus on model deployment and integration.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.
• Experience with vector databases and search technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ballerup, Denmark.
