Workplace Experience (WE) Coordinator

At Keepit, we believe the workplace should be more than just a place to work — it should be a place people want to be.

We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating a seamless, engaging, and high-energy environment where people can do their best work. If you love making things run smoothly, bringing people together, and creating great experiences, this role is for you.

You’ll be part of our People & Culture team, based in Dallas, supporting both our local office and colleagues across the Americas.

You will:

Run a best-in-class workplace

You’ll be the engine behind our Dallas office:

  • Keep daily operations running smoothly — from supplies to vendors to facilities and beyond

  • Partner with property management and external vendors to maintain a high-quality office environment

  • Ensure the office is always welcoming, organized, and ready for anything

  • Own front-of-house experience — from greeting guests to managing deliveries

Create experiences people remember

You’ll bring energy and connection into the workplace:

  • Plan and execute engaging events, social activities, and celebrations

  • Support larger company events and sales initiatives

  • Handle logistics like venues, travel, restaurants, merch, and on-site coordination

  • Keep everyone informed and excited about what’s coming up

Elevate the employee experience

You’ll help make every day work better:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth, positive experiences

  • Turn feedback and survey insights into tangible improvements

  • Spot opportunities to improve how the workplace feels and functions

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with employees

Drive structure and efficiency

You’ll keep things organized and under control:

  • Manage office and event budgets with a focus on smart, cost-effective decisions

  • Track expenses, approve invoices, and support basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Maintain calendars, internal communication screens, and planning tools

  • Support managers with ad hoc requests like gifts, celebrations, and special arrangements

Collaborate and make things happen

You’ll work across teams, to deliver:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business

  • Work closely with our global Workplace Experience team

  • Support HQ with administrative tasks, projects and initiatives

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure top service levels

Support a safe and scalable workplace

  • Help maintain health and safety standards and compliance

  • Support office layout and space planning as we grow

About you
  • You have experience in event and/or office management

  • You’re proactive, hands-on, and love getting things done – a natural problem-solver

  • You have a strong sense for what makes a workplace feel great

  • You’re highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace and positivity

  • You’re detail-oriented but also see the bigger picture

  • You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder

  • You bring positive energy and enjoy working with people
