About the role
Central tasks:
  • Maintaining order and a well-organized office environment, including kitchen and common areas, ensuring the space is welcoming and comfortable for everyone.

  • Coordinating with the landlord, vendors, and cleaning staff to ensure the office runs smoothly.

  • Managing office supplies, including ordering groceries and stationery, handling deliveries, and keeping shared spaces well stocked.

  • Organizing company events and supporting the preparation of Summits and team-building activities.

  • Supporting office expansion projects, including seating arrangements and workplace planning.

  • Cooperating closely with Internal IT and Security, including managing and issuing office key cards.

  • Sending documents or gifts to remote employees and coordinating shipments with courier services.

  • Participating in the onboarding process and helping create a welcoming first experience for new employees.

About you

Required skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to keep things structured, tidy, and well-organized.

  • A genuine interest in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and well-functioning office environment where people enjoy working.

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Workplace/Facilities support or similar). Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service-oriented environments will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and Excel.

  • A people-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with an eye for maintaining an organized and pleasant office space

  • Working on the spot in the office from 9 AM to 5 PM
