About the Role:

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a vital role in our commercial setup. You will own day-to-day operations related to compensation plans for our Sales teams, working closely with several stakeholders, our regional sales leaders, Finance, Revenue Operations, and our CRO. You will take ownership of making sure compensation is paid in a timely and accurate manner.

As Sales Compensation Analyst you will be joining our Finance team, and reporting to our Financial Controller, Ahmed Jawad. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for managing our sales compensation software, including the use of QuotaPath.
  • Managing all aspects of exceptions, calculations, accuracy checks, and amounts to be paid.
  • Responding to sales inquiries regarding sales compensation plans, crediting and quotas.
  • Collaborating with Sales Leaders to align Sales positions and job functions with plan performance measures.
  • Reviewing to ensure consistency across different sales departments and assisting in formulating sales compensation policies, terms and conditions, and other sales incentive plan documentation.
  • Engage in the quota-setting process and document all procedures.
  • Draft commission plan for new hires
  • Close collaboration with P&C regarding the current process and how to improve those processes.

About You:

You’re someone who understands the value of precision and the power of well-informed decisions. You’re proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow. Whether working with cross-border transactions or daily journal entries, you think critically, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively. You bring experience in controlling or auditing, and show up with curiosity, supportiveness, and trust-building. You take ownership of your work and see how it connects to the broader business.

The ideal candidate meets the requirements:

  • Is attentive to detail and enjoys getting the numbers correct to ensure our sales colleagues get the correct commission and are paid on time.
  • Has strong Excel skills and is familiar with QuotaPath or similar tools.
  • Can manage exceptions, perform accuracy checks, and ensure that compensation amounts are correct.
  • Eager to share your input on how to modify our setup as we scale.
  • Possess excellent and clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with many stakeholders, namely in our sales and finance organization.
  • Is structured, responsible, and proactive.
  • Takes pride in delivering clear reports and analyses to stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • System-savvy, quick to adapt, and comfortable learning new tools and technologies with ease.
  • Familiar with best practices on compensation and have in-depth knowledge of compensation models from other SaaS companies operating in the same space as us.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is considered an advantage.
