What does a successful Sales Recruiter do at Keepit?
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to help fuel our growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, etc.).
- Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Track metrics and provide regular reporting on recruiting performance (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
- Stay up to date on sales hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Help build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with sales professionals.
We are looking for……
- Proven experience as a sales recruiter with a focus on sales or GTM (go-to-market) roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales function and what makes a successful sales candidate.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools .
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience hiring for SaaS or tech sales roles.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Sales experience or background is a plus.
