Talent Acquisition Partner- Sales

Keepit is on an exciting growth journey, and we are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to help fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, etc.)
  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Track metrics and provide regular reporting on recruiting performance (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date on sales hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Help build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with sales professionals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales recruiter with a focus on sales or GTM (go-to-market) roles
  • Strong understanding of the sales function and what makes a successful sales candidate
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in rapidly growing SaaS organization a major plus
