At Home.Earth, we develop urban communities withsustainability, inclusivity, and liveability at the core. To do this at scale,we are also rethinking how we operate, working data-first and AI-native toenable better decisions, and improve quality across the business.
We are now looking for a Student Data & AI Analyst to join us part-time and help design and implement practical AI usecases across our operations. You will work with data, define business-critical problems, and help develop AI agents and internal bots that support decision-making, automate workflows, and strengthen how the organization functions from the inside.
The role
Help us embed AI into everyday across the business. You’ll work close to business operations, designing practical AI-driven workflows and internal tools that make our organization faster, clearer, and more consistent.
You will forexample translate business needs into technical solutions: from AI assistants that surface knowledge on demand, to automated ESG and impact reporting builton top of a shared data model. This is a hands-on role where understanding why the business needs something is just as important as knowing how to build it.
Your may for example include:
· Mapping AI and data use cases across the organization,working with teams in development, sustainability, finance, and operations to identify where automation and decision support create the most value.
· Developing business cases for AI tools and workflows, including problem definition, expected impact, feasibility, and prioritization.
· Designing and implementing selected solutions, translating business requirements into practical AI agents, automations, andinternal tools.
Qualifications we hope you bring
· You’re enrolled in higher education (e.g. engineering,business, economics, management, or a related field) with approximately 2–3 years remaining, and you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology.
· You have hands-on coding experience in Python orTypeScript and are comfortable working with SQL and structured data.
· You’re curious about AI and LLM-based systems,including prompting, embeddings, vector databases, and how these can be applied to real operational use cases.
· You bring business understanding and analytical thinking, able to frame problems, assess trade-offs, and translate needs intopractical solutions.
· You’re motivated by how data and AI can improvedecision-making, operations, and sustainability outcomes.
· You have a responsible mindset around data quality, ethics, and privacy.
